QUIT FRONTIN! The rules only apply to the guys you don’t like anyway.
Think about it…your “I don’t kiss before date 3” and “I won’t initiate conversation” rules only work when you’re not feeling him anyway. I learned this first hand when I found myself really interested in someone and much more willing to relax my rules. This cuffing season I’m challenging you to let go of of few of those rules- definitely maintain your standards, but don’t let a great opportunity pass you by because you’re worrying about the wrong things! If you have a “type” make an effort to step outside of your comfort zone and try something new. Your only type should be a man who treats you well, keeps you interested and makes you smile. My goal this season is to go on a date with someone new every week. My first week was a disaster: I ended up picking up a guy (I guess I made the first move) and having a few drinks..within 15 minutes he mentioned that he’d never want to get married (IDK WHY!!) and eventually asked whether or not I love having sex…HELL TO THE NO! There’s levels to this ish…. I cannot stand when guys jump the gun with inappropriate questions! I’ll never see this clown again, but at least I took a chance!
Last week was a pleasant surprise: I finally went out with a guy that I’ve known for a few months..the conversation was great and I enjoyed his company. I’m excited to spend more time with him BUT I’m still keeping my options open (it’s all about Team Building right now!) I’ll keep you posted on this week’s excitement 🙂
You’d be surprised how quickly you’ll get a date once you decide you want one! Open yourself up to the possibilities by remaining open minded and getting out of the damn house!!!! When was the last time you went out with someone new?
